Our two-year program provides financial and accounting professionals with the broad range of experience they need to succeed in the industry.

Manufacturing
Gain experience at both corporate and plant sites with our two-year program that equips you with leading industry knowledge and ongoing training.

Marketing and sales
Our two-year program offers participants in the U.K. and Europe exposure to multiple Cummins business units through four six-month assignments.
